Job responsibilities

You will contribute, progress and lead innovative practice, enhancing effective partnership working with education, GPs, Childrens Services, Public Health and other key agencies.
We currently have a full time posts in the Mid Area of Cornwall, including St Austell / Clays area
The Role:
Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to provide evidence-based family centred public health services to achieve the service vision and meeting the needs of communities, families and children and young people.
