We are offering an opportunity to join our School Nurse teams as a Community Nurse. We are really excited to have investment in School Nursing in Cornwall.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Community Nurse is integral part of the School Nurse team, supporting the delivery of a community public health nursing service.
You will take delegated work and be responsible for your own caseload, having a degree of autonomy over your diary and workload planning. You will be providing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Healthy Child Programme
