As theTeam Managerwithin the HampshireApproved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Hub, youll lead a vital service delivering expert mental health crisis interventions. You'll manage a skilled team, ensure legal compliance and work closely with partners including the Mental Health Trust and Police. Your leadership will shape service delivery, maintain quality standards and ensure person-centred, legally sound responses to Mental Health Act requests. Main duties of the job

About us
Our Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Service works across the whole of Hampshire, delivering a 24 hour service to support those living within the community affected by mental health concerns. Working closely with other social and health care professionals, we assess people's needs and determine if they are required to be sectioned in Hospital under the Mental Health Act (1983). Our professional and highly committed team offer a supportive space for colleagues to grow and learn. With a diverse range of experience and skills within our team, including clinical knowledge, colleagues will be encouraged to maximise their opportunities for personal development.
