Job summary
Working as part of our well-established Hospital team, youll have the benefit of engaging with people face-to-face as you work in partnership with Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Consultants in this fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. With excellent relationship building skills, youll work closely with other members of the team across other locations, including Community Hospitals and short-term services.
Main duties of the job
As no two cases are the same, youll enjoy a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to really stretch your social work skills. Dealing with a broad spectrum of complex issues, including Mental Capacity Act assessments and safeguarding, your sound understanding of our legal obligations, will support your decision making.
