Main duties of the job
Were looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
You'll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.

- Basic IT skills / or a willingness to undertake training.

- General range of medical, surgical nursing and elderly care.
- A good working knowledge of clinical governance standards and good clinical skills.
- The ability to engage successfully with patients, families and carers and able to support and mentor students and more junior nursing staff within the team.
- Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
