The Nurses on the front line of our Adults Health and Care service do so much more than care, they transform lives. Our nurses are caregivers, advocates and true heroes of healthcare. We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and short stay community beds. Some of our settings offer a unique discharge service that supports hospital leavers either return home with a package of care, or on to a residential setting. This variety means that no two days are ever the same.
Surrounded by a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, you'll be fully supported in your determination to provide the highest quality care to our service users. Our nurses deal with both clinical diagnosis and treatment. As a qualified nurse with current NMC registration, youll be responsible for the whole patient experience and build relationships with the people in your care. Main duties of the job
Your role
As a Nurse you'll deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older

- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans for a designated number of residents.
- Maintaining accurate records on resident care and reporting clinical and non-clinical events to assist with internal and external audits.
- Supervising, mentoring, supporting and educating more junior staff in the unit.
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals and work in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team, ensuring a timely escalation when needed.

Day to day tasks may include:
