Salary Range: £23,703 - £26,401 per annum(plus an additional £2,000 payment on your 3 month anniversary, and a further £2,000 at 12 months and then annually thereafter)

Main duties of the job

As a Chef Manager, you will prepare well balanced nutritional meals and maintain records such as temperatures and daily kitchen diaries. You will be responsible for supervising the catering team along with managing and controlling the catering budget, leading a team that is flexible, efficient and organised. As an active member of the unit management team you will be involved with the recruitment and development of kitchen staff and contribute towards improvements for our service users.
