Part Time 22.2 hours per week

This is an exciting role with DPT South & West Social Care Team completing Care Act Assessments and providing information and advice to the people of South & West Devon. You will work closely with partner agencies and other Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.

We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic who strives to support others to remain independent through a strengths-based and person centred approach.

Main duties of the job

You will have to work to tight times scales in a high pressured environment. Communication skills both verbally and written are vital as well as excellent IT and time management skills.
