Job summary
Your role As Team Manager, you will lead and support a dynamic team of Occupational Therapists and OT Assistants delivering person-centred, strength-based interventions. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, promote independence, and support wellbeing through innovative and responsive practice. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of OTs, OTAs and Apprentice OTs. Oversee and audit assessments, OT planning, and provision of equipment and adaptations. Ensure compliance with statutory duties and local policies. Collaborate with Health, Housing, and community partners. Drive service improvement and innovation. Monitor performance and ensure value for money.
