  Flexible Working Hours
  • Shifts: Early starts at 7:30 AM and the late shift finishes at 10:15 PM.
  • Schedule: Every other weekend and some bank holidays with extra pay.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Possession of the Care Certificate and a willingness and ability to obtain Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or relevant equivalent) is essential.

Desirable

  • A commitment to and responsibility for personal and professional development and actively to take advantage of upskilling through relevant apprenticeship standards and training opportunities for both yourself and others

Experience

Essential

  • Personal experience in a similar care setting, including life experience.

Desirable

  • To have had previous managerial/supervisory experience in residential care of older people would be an advantage
