Job summary
The post holder will be required to provide an efficient and confidential first line support across Spectrum for IT systems across different departments and to manage enquiries, effectively and efficiently for all modes of incoming communications.
This will include troubleshooting, pc/ laptop fault identification and rectification, and both remote and face to face support whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction and a personalised service.
The post holder will support the IT team with gathering of information, undertaking enquires as and when is necessary and providing advice to end users.
This role would support all IT software and hardware. It entails working with both internal and external users and suppliers. This role requires frequent use of VDU equipment.
