If you are an ambitious people professional with the ability to build positive working relationships, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our People (HR) Team.You will work as part of the People & Culture team which includes collaborative projects and providing a rounded service to our staff and managers across all areas of people practice.
The role will provide professional people and HR support including advising on discipline, grievance, performance, and sickness cases, supporting investigations and advising at formal hearings.
You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have experience of providing complex HR advice in a busy fast paced multi-site environment. NHS experience is desirable but essential is strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide variety of managers across the business. You will support managers by providing high quality advice and developing and delivering training and coaching on a range of HR issues.
Main duties of the job
The role will provide support to sites which include secure environments e.g. HM Prisons, community settings and corporate teams across Spectrum. It will be based at Navigation Walk in Wakefield but there is a requirement for occasional travel as required.
We can support hybrid working (e.g. part office and part home/sites) if appropriate, after a settling in period.
