We have an opportunity for two Non-Executive Directors to join our Board, supporting the Chair and Chief Executive in contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation, the wider governance of the Board and representing Spectrum externally.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a candidate who has experience at both Board level and expertise gained either within the legal profession with a focus on partnerships, regulation, assurance and risk or people and organisational development and transformation, who is able to provide valuable independent oversight and constructive challenge.
You will need to be able to commit to 2 - 3 days each month and attend Board and Committee meetings held largely in Spectrum's HQ in Wakefield, West Yorkshire,
The post will be subject to a DBS check and compliance with the Fit and Proper Persons Regulations.

- Excellent Communicator, with the ability to provide constructive scrutiny and challenge.
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to delivering compassionate care to our patients and advocating for those who are most vulnerable.
