Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a secondment role in the Performance & Information Team, providing maternity cover in the role of Performance Manager, with effect from December 2023, to December 2024 (TBC).
Reporting to the Head of Performance, the successful candidate will support the achievement of key performance and quality objectives through the provision of operational, management and strategic information reports focussing on Health & Justice, integrated sexual health and other community services.
Main duties of the job
Proactive initiation of information analyses including forecasting, trend analysis and modelling, advising on information for performance and operational management of services.
Lead on the collation and review of all performance requirements within Spectrum ensuring timely and accurate information.
To provide expert advice on performance and information queries, including the development of relevant minimum datasets including clinical and non-clinical.

Job responsibilities
The role will encompass:-
- supporting the performance team in the provision and collation of information for performance reviews, both internally and externally;
- provide support to service leads in the use of complex data to support monitoring of services and improvement programmes including clinical and non-clinical outcomes;
- provide and receive complex and/or sensitive information using communication and negotiating skills to overcome barriers to understanding and gain mutual agreement in relation to information;
