Job summary
Working with our Integrated Nursing and Conditions team, you'll help improve specialist tissue viability care so people receive safe, effective support that protects their comfort, dignity and wellbeing. You'll guide colleagues across services to strengthen the prevention and management of wounds, lower limb conditions and lymphoedema. The role offers flexibility in how you organise your week, with options for adjusted hours and remote working for non-clinical tasks, helping you balance clinical leadership with wider service needs.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Lead high-quality tissue viability, lower limb and lymphoedema practice across services
- Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, colleagues and partner teams
- Improve care through audit, teaching and evidence-based practice
- Support and supervise clinicians, helping them develop specialist skills
- Work with managers and partners to deliver shared priorities

- Postgraduate qualification in relevant nursing studies or equivalent level of knowledge, skills, and experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
- Prescribing qualification (V150) or in process of working towards this qualification with primary care focus.
- Qualification in Tissue Viability - or in the process of working toward this qualification

- Thorough knowledge and experience of the NHS, including current legislation and the modernisation agenda.
