Job summary
This is a great opportunity to build strong administrative skills while supporting patients, families and colleagues across our Intermediate Care team. You'll work closely with a welcoming multidisciplinary team, helping people to access the right support at the right time. Your work will keep our service running smoothly and make a real difference to the experience of everyone who visits or contacts the unit. Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore City Health Care Partnership would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and partner organisations
- Manage calls, messages and routine enquiries with care and accuracy
- Support daily administration tasks including filing, scanning, data entry and maintaining records
- Organise simple tasks such as diary updates, correspondence and event support
- Help keep systems, stock and equipment safe, tidy and well maintained
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems
- Clear, polite communication skills and a calm approach
- Ability to plan your workload, work as part of a team and provide great customer service
- Willingness to be flexible and support colleagues when needed
