Leading our newly formed and evolving People and Culture Team, youll drive projects that strengthen leadership, culture, wellbeing, and colleague experience so that everyone can give their best at work. Your work will help build an inclusive, supportive environment where teams feel valued and able to thrive.Youll collaborate with colleagues across CHCP to design and deliver organisational development initiatives that support our People Plan. Youll manage a small team of People and Culture Advisors and lead our wellbeing and benefits programme, ensuring every colleague can access the right support for their physical, mental, and emotional health.

- Project Management Qualification e.g PRINCE 2

- Detailed knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation including the requirements of the Equality Act 2010
