Job summary
Working with our Evolve Eating Disorder Service team, you'll guide and support colleagues so that people receive safe, timely and effective care. You'll play a key role in leading a specialist multidisciplinary service that supports individuals with eating disorders. The role blends operational leadership with protected clinical time, allowing you to use your expertise while shaping high-quality service delivery. You'll work closely with senior leaders, partner organisations and frontline teams to keep services responsive and person-centred. What you'll do:
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the Evolve Eating Disorder Service
- Provide advanced clinical leadership, offering specialist advice to staff and partners
- Use performance, audit and financial information to guide service improvements
- Support staff development through supervision, coaching and clear objectives
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, primary care and other agencies

- Educated to Masters Level or equivalent knowledge and experience in a managerial role that includes advanced models of practice plus supervision, mentoring, teaching, leading of staff.
