Job summary
This is a great opportunity to build your skills in community nursing while supporting people to stay well at home. You'll work within an integrated team that provides safe, person-centred care to people with a wide range of health needs. You'll be part of a supportive group of colleagues who work closely with other health and social care partners to offer joined-up care.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to people in their own homes
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and wider professionals to plan and review care
- Carry out clinical tasks in line with your Nursing Associate training
- Build strong, trusting relationships with people, their families and carers
- Keep accurate records using our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system
What we're looking for: - A qualified Nursing Associate with current registration
- Someone who can work well within a team and use their own initiative
- Clear communication skills and a caring, professional approach
- Willingness to learn, with full training and support provided
- Ability to travel within the local area using suitable transport
