Operational Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job summary

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual in the role of Operational Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator for the Community Nursing service. The post holder will be responsible in supporting the Operations Manager, Clinical Team Leaders and Admin Team Manager to ensure effective management of the processes and systems in place to support with data quality, be responsible for the plotting and maintenance of the nursing rotas via Health Roster and supervision of the admin staff.

Main duties of the job

Some experience of systems such as InPhase, SystmOne and Health Roster, is desirable.

  • Level 4 in Business Administration or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge and experience
  • Word processing to OCR 3 standard, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of skill

  • Working knowledge of a range of administrative procedures

Desirable

  • A detailed understanding of the Integrated Community Services office environment
  • Knowledge of using data collection systems and SystmOne
  • An understanding of EOL, ERoster management, EExpenses or an equivalent system
  • Knowledge of incident reporting and complaints handling
