Job summary

Are you looking for a new start to the new year. If so the Intermediate Care Team are looking for a band 5 nurse to join our friendly and enthusiastic nursing team. Holy Name is a community bedded unit which specializes in therapies and rehabilitation, therefore as well as being a part of this service you will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of nursing skills, and learn new skills. Full training and support will be provided.

Main duties of the job

  • To support senior and to supervise junior staff in the provision of competent, sensitive and safe nursing care within the Community Bedded Units or in completing prevent admissions.
  • Take responsibility for running of the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff
  • Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for a group of patients
