Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused frontline worker to join our St Helens Integrated Wellbeing Team. The role will involve talking to members of the public and helping them to access our Wellbeing Services and other public health services.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with customers on the phone, be a good listener and enjoy helping clients. In return you will be joining a fantastic team of people who have varied background in public health and working with communities.

- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Word processing to RSA 2 standard European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Desirable
- Current Full Driving License

- Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures

- Ability to deal with potentially challenging and distressed people
