The CHCP Accessible Information Team & Wellbeing Primary Care Liaison Service are offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join their team as a part-time Senior Administrator/Support worker.

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated, loyal and enthusiastic individual with appropriate experience to join our team within City Health Care Partnership Community Interest Company (CHCP CIC) Accessible Information Team & Wellbeing Primary Care Liaison Service.

The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker, used to working under pressure. They will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with patients.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the role include:

o Undertaking administration and clerical duties to include diary management, organising delivery of training and minute taking of meetings.

o Supporting in an administration capacity any project work being undertaken by both teams, this includes work on both excel, word, powerpoint & outlook.

o To manage the Wellbeing Primary Care Liaison Service and Accessible Information Team generic outlook inbox and direct correspondence appropriately to members within the teams.

o To provide support with the development, creation and oversight of all policies, procedures, protocols and guidance for both services.

This is a part time role of 24 hours per week. Our core service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Working days and hours can be agreed with the successful candidate.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/Customer Service/Health and Social Care or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
  • Word processing to RSA 3 standard or able to demonstrate equivalent level of skill

Knowledge

Essential

  • Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administration procedures and practices
  • Knowledge of a range of software programmes including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have an understanding of and an interest in working with people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and autism
  • Good IT skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of NHS database systems
  • Have an awareness of the treatment approaches to mental health, learning disabilities and autism
