This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive care to our diverse patient population.
Main duties of the job
Your key responsibilities will be to lead and manage a multidisciplinary primary care team with a commitment to high standards of professional conduct and patient care and to act as a clinical expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues and students. - Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development/Portfolio
- Mentorship qualification and/or evidence of supervision/teaching/team management

- Professional Competencies in required clinical skills pertaining to Primary Care Nursing
Knowledge

- Current Legislation and impact on community nursing services.
- Evidence based practice
- Knowledge of Primary Care Nursing and Inclusion Health, with an awareness of Trauma Informed Practice
