Job summary
City Health Care Partnership Integrated Nursing and Medicines Service have a vacancy for a full time Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the Bee at Home Team.
The post holder will be based at Orchard Health Centre and will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
There may also be a requirement for the post holder to work at other bases as and when required.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service. Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
