We're on the lookout for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Health Care Support Worker to join our Children's Community Nursing Team in a unique and varied role--working part-time in a special school, delivering vital care in phlebotomy clinics across the region and supporting the nursing caseloads.
Full and part time hours available.
Main duties of the job
Working in a vibrant special school, supporting children with complex health needs, delivering feeds and medications, and being a familiar, reassuring face throughout their day. Running phlebotomy clinics across the region, helping children and families feel at ease during blood tests. Supporting nurses in delivering outstanding care--including being part of compassionate end-of-life care for children and families in their most important moments
