Band 6 Senior Nurse - Treatment Rooms (Part-Time, 30 hours/week over 4 days)
Location: Hull and East Riding
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Band 6 Senior Nurse to join our dynamic community nursing team. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week over 4 days, working as a Case Manager for a defined caseload of patients requiring care within our treatment room services. You will take the lead in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with a variety of complex needs across a geographical cluster, covering treatment rooms throughout Hull and the East Riding. Main duties of the job
he post includes overseeing care linked to the lower limb pathway, lymphoedema, and tissue viability services. This is a varied and rewarding role that involves direct clinical care, complex wound management, and the ongoing assessment and planning of individualised treatment plans. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, supporting their development and ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care. You will also play a key role in driving quality improvement, contributing to service development initiatives, audits, and maintaining high clinical standards.
The ability to work flexibly across Hull and East Riding is essential, as the service operates 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
