Main duties of the job
In this role, you will lead and manage the Business Intelligence (BI) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and insights. You will provide strategic leadership and direction for data, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing data strategies and governance frameworks to support organisational goals, fostering a data-driven culture, and promoting the use of data and technology solutions to drive improvements.
The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions, and oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehousing and analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior BI or analytics role within a healthcare or similar environment, along with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector
