Job summary
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical support and advice? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance, support patient care initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery. You will also be a practising GP in the service.
Main duties of the job
- Clinical lead for the Integrated Urgent Care Service across Hull & the East Riding of Yorkshire.
- Ensure adherence to the UTC Principles and Standards as part of an integrated urgent and emergency care system.
- Provides interpretation of national guidance relating to Urgent Care services.
- To provide oversight of GPs working within the service.
- Responsible for clinical effectiveness and support enhanced clinical practice.
- Provides advice on professional clinical issues in relation to the Urgent and Emergency Care agenda.
- Act in an advisory capacity for complaints, claims and incidents.
- Responsible for clinical pathways.
- Provides effective clinical leadership.
- To be a practicing GP in the service.
