Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse's to join our dedicated and friendly Intermediate Care Team within the Community Rehabilitation Units.

Main duties of the job

The posts have become available due to internal promotion and the successful candidates will have a caring, positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in rehabilitation.

Previous experience in rehabilitation would be an advantage but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

  • RGN/RN/Diploma Studies
  • Be willing to undertake further training and development

Desirable

  • Completion of post qualification preceptorship
