Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Flexible Workforce Team Bookings and Invoice Assistant to join City Health Care Partnership (CHCP).

We are looking for an individual to support the coordination, booking of bank and agency workers and the checking and paying of invoices within CHCP. We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join this exciting and busy team.

Main duties of the job

As a member of the team, you will be part of an efficient and professional temporary staffing service, which positively impacts upon patient care. The role will involve the coordination and booking of temporary staffing requests received from a variety of CHCP service areas, receiving and checking invoices, ensuring that these are correct, challenging when there are discrepancies.

Regular communication with internal colleagues, bank staff and negotiation with recruitment agencies is central to this position. The ideal candidate will be innovative, confident, have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and a flexible, pro-active approach to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload
