Job summary
City Health Care Partnership have a vacancy for an experienced Part-Time Band 6 Specialist Practitioner within the Yorkshire Fatigue ME/CFS Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic specialist clinical practitioner to join our team and work as a specialist autonomous practitioner as part of a cohesive, mutual supportive multidisciplinary team, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients within The York, North Yorkshire, North Lincs and North-East Lincs geographical areas.
The service is based at York Eco Business Centre and the post holder will be required to work 11.25 hours per week either at base or remotely.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a Specialist Practitioner for people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) who will work as a specialist autonomous practitioner as part of a cohesive, mutual supportive multidisciplinary team, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients within The York, North Yorkshire, North Lincs and North-East Lincsgeographical areas.

- Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation and guidance relevant to clinical and service area
- Full understanding/application of relevant clinical practice/standards/audit within identified clinical area
