Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and compassionate care coordinator to join our team working predominantly within the inclusion health team within primary care but there is a requirement that you may need to undertake some reception duties to cover annual leave or sickness.
Main duties of the job
This role will need the candidate/s to be able to work within a trauma informed way and be able to adapt to a flexible working environment.We are looking for either 1 full time position or we are open to splitting this role into 2 part time staff. The option would be up to the successful candidates.

- Level 2 qualification such as Business Administration/Customer Service/Equivalent level of GCSE's or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Word processing to OCR 2 standard International Computer Driving License (ICDL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Knowledge

- Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Desirable
- Knowledge of other Microsoft packages
