Job summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Operational and Transformation Lead to deliver effective leadership, pro-active supportive management and development of primary care services within VENN PCN.
The post is for 25 hours per week and is equal to band 8a renumeration
Main duties of the job
This is a busy but extremely rewarding and vital role to aid the development of VENN PCN, in this role you will have the opportunity to use your creativity to develop effective strategies, demonstrate fully inclusive engagement and provide specialist workforce expertise to support the development and implementation of the future objectives of VENN PCN.

- Degree in relevant professional or managerial qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Post graduate qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience
- Evidence of seeking continuous improvement through attendance at relevant and appropriate seminars, conferences etc

- Highly developed knowledge of contractual requirements for PCN service delivery
- Knowledge of operational management relating to the provision of GP/PCN services.
- Highly developed knowledge of performance management requirements and processes relating to the provision of GP/PCN services.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks within competing deadlines
- Working knowledge of IT systems relevant to work and professional area
