An exciting opportunity has arisen with City Health Care Partnership CIC for an enthusiastic Nurse to join the Community Children's Nursing Service, working with children and young people with complex health needs, both within Sunshine House and other community settings.
As an integral part of the team, the post holder will demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills and have recent acute/complex nursing experience, as well as being flexible to work with different staff teams providing nursing care across Hull and East Riding when needed.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a confident, competent Registered Nurse, who is able to lead the nursing team in delivering a short break service in a busy and dynamic environment and to be an integral part of our expanding community children's service.
