Support Worker - Days

We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to join us in supporting our young male client. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by assisting with behaviour management, personal hygiene, and daily activities both within the home and in the community.

We are seeking a warm hearted and compassionate candidate who can foster a strong, trusting relationship with the family, bringing both kindness and enthusiasm to this rewarding position.

Main duties of the job

The child requires consistent 1:1 supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and well being. They need full support with all personal care tasks, as well as encouragement and gentle guidance to remain actively involved in their daily routines and activities
