Job summary
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and friendly person to join our team in a hands-on role supporting patients, clinicians, and customers.
You will play an important role in ensuring patients and healthcare providers have a smooth and positive experience using our technology. This includes supporting patients directly, assisting clinicians and customers remotely and in healthcare settings, and helping ensure devices and operations run smoothly.
This role is well suited to someone with a biomedical background who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and contributing to meaningful work in healthcare.
Main duties of the job
- Supporting patients and customers by phone and email (including Spanish-speaking users)
- Helping patients and clinicians understand how to use our medical device (full training provided)
- Supporting clinicians and customers in hospitals and healthcare settings, including occasional in-person visits
- Assisting with customer onboarding, training, and product support
- Preparing devices for shipment, including occasional packing, fulfilment, and stock handling
- Supporting coordination of clinical activities and studies
- Assisting with general operational and administrative tasks
- Supporting customer visits, training sessions, and conferences (including occasional travel within the UK and Europe)
- Helping ensure smooth day-to-day clinical and operational processes
