Resourcing Partner
£30,000 – £35,000 Full Time Remote or Office-Based in Chichester

The Role
As a Resourcing Partner, you will play a vital role in growing and strengthening our clinical workforce. Working closely with the People Team – including the Senior Resourcing Partner, HR Business Manager, Onboarding Coordinator, and Head of People & Culture – you will help attract, engage, and support high-quality candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
You will also collaborate with senior clinical stakeholders to ensure we continue attracting the best talent in the sector.
Main duties of the job
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and publishing engaging, high-quality job adverts
Proactively sourcing and networking with candidates to build strong talent pipelines – both active and passive candidates
Screening CVs and conducting structured initial interviews
Preparing well-matched candidate shortlists for senior clinical teams
Coordinating interviews and managing communication to ensure a professional and positive experience
Championing effective use of the ATS and other HR systems
Providing clear updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress
What we are looking for
Prior resourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition experience (inhouse or agency) within the healthcare sector – an understanding of Autism/ADHD/Neurodevelopment would be highly advantageous
Confidence handling end to end processes from advertising to offer
Strong organisation and communication skills and high attention to detail
Experience using an ATS system
