Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients and healthcare professionals as part of our Homecare Programme. This is a varied and rewarding role where youll provide education, clinical support, and patient care to adult/paediatric patients

Main duties of the job

  • Deliver clinical carein accordance withservice protocols, through both face-to-face and virtual consultations.
  • Provide education and clinical support to patients, families, and carersregardingtreatment plans.
  • Conduct service audits and offer feedback to enhance patient care quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals toestablishand maintain strong working relationships.
  • Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and management of clinical equipment and materials.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to the sharing of best practices for service improvement.
  • Stay informed on company policies, compliance standards, and professional development opportunities.

  • Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and education to patients, families, and carers in both hospital and homecare environments.

  • Work flexibly across multiple programmes, including biosimilar therapy support, wound care management, and emerging stem cell and regenerative treatments.

  • Run nurse-led clinics within hospital settings, providing expert support and guidance.

  • Provide in-home care and patient education to ensure continuity and adherence to treatment plans.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private sites.

  • Accurately complete all documentation and ensure compliance with service operating procedures.

  • Support service reviews, audits, and data collection to drive continuous improvement.
