Job Summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Clinical Nurse to join our field-based nursing team covering Sheffield and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse (NMC) who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care in a community setting.

The role involves supporting patients with complex treatment regimens in their own homes and local environments improving quality of life and treatment adherence through both in-person and virtual care.

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with national guidelines and service protocols

• Educate and support patients, carers, and families to promote treatment understanding and adherence

• Collaborate with local healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

• Document and escalate any clinical concerns or incidents appropriately

• Ensure clinical equipment is maintained and used according to compliance and infection control standards

• Provide a flexible mix of face-to-face visits and virtual consultations

Essential:

• NMC-registered nurse (Adult or Childrens)

• At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Confident using IT systems and mobile devices (e.g., Android tablets)

Desirable:

• Experience with CVADs or delivering parenteral nutrition

• Understanding of outpatient antimicrobial or IV iron therapy pathways
