Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified NMC-registered nurse to join our team as a Homecare Nurse (Clinical Nurse Advisor).
Overview
Due to the continued expansion of our outpatient nutrition service, we are recruitingClinical Nurse Advisersto join our growing homecare nursing team. This role involves supporting patients receivingTotal Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)in the community.
This is afield-based positionproviding direct care to patients in their own homes. You will play a key role in supporting safe discharge from hospital and helping patients manage their complex therapy at home.
We welcome applicants who are already working in community settings, as well as nurses looking to transition from a hospital-based role into the community.
Main duties of the job
Delivering care via home visits and virtual support
Educating and supporting patients, families, and carers
Conducting clinical audits and contributing to quality improvement
Liaising with hospital and community-based healthcare teams
Managing TPN-related equipment and supplies
Maintaining CPD and ensuring full clinical compliance

- Full UK driving licence (due to the field-based nature of the role)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- IT literate (for digital records, virtual care, incident reporting, etc.)
