Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic and supportive team at Spirit Primary Care, working across 2 of our practices in Warwickshire - Satis House (B46 1TH) and Chaucer Surgery (CV11 4UZ). At the heart of a modern and patient-focused general practice, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our local community.
As an ANP, you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions. Youll be supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and benefit from a progressive environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
Main duties of the job
- Provide expert clinical assessment and treatment to patients, both face-to-face and remotely
Manage acute presentations, chronic conditions, and minor illness independently
Prescribe medications safely and appropriately as an independent prescriber
Request, interpret and act on diagnostic tests and investigations
Refer patients to appropriate services or clinicians as needed
Contribute to chronic disease management, QOF achievement, and preventative health
Support the training and supervision of other clinical team members (if appropriate)
