The Opportunity

Main duties of the job

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • New Starter Onboarding and ongoing Compliance: Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey at Paloma Health.

  • Oversee compliance tasks, including background checks, documentation, and regulatory requirements to ensure all new team members are prepared and aligned with company standards.

  • Training systems management: Manage induction and training across our teams

  • Employee engagement: Support and enhance employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Assist in organising team events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to the employee experience.

  • Employee experience: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on various HR topics, such as benefits, onboarding, and professional development resources, to ensure a seamless and supportive employee experience.

  • Guidance and policy writing: Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines, ensuring they are clear, accessible, and aligned with our clinical standards. Work with HR leadership to develop resources that help employees navigate their roles and understand expectations.
