The Role

We are looking for a CHC Team Leader to lead and support our expanding team of Operations Administrators. The role will focus on delivering high-quality Continuing Healthcare (CHC) administrative services on behalf of our NHS partners.

You will play a central role in leading day-to-day operations, motivating the team, engaging NHS stakeholders, and helping to scale UB Healthcare's services.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop a team of CHC Operations Administrators
  • Oversee daily CHC service delivery and ensure performance against KPIs
  • Attend operational meetings with NHS and social care partners
  • Resolve issues, streamline workflows, and drive service improvements
  • Support staff development and champion our promote from within strategy
  • Ensure accuracy in data reporting and documentation
  • Promote excellence, compliance, and efficiency across the team

Who Were Looking For

  • Experienced team leader, with a strong understanding of CHC/AACC
  • Strong understanding of CHC processes and frameworks
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital systems used in healthcare settings
  • Positive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
  • Committed to UB Healthcare's mission and values
