Main duties of the job

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change someone’s life for the better? We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated 1:1 support to a young lady living in her own home in Chippenham.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a woman in her 20s who, due to a brain injury, lives with complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She is fun, active, sociable and loves:

  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Badminton
  • Walking and exploring
  • Trying new activities and experiences

She lives in a beautiful, purposebuilt home that she’s very proud of. Your role will be to support her emotionally, physically, and socially -  helping her live her life to the fullest.

Pay Rates
  • Weekdays: £15.54 / £16.19 per hour
  • Saturdays: £16.19 per hour
  • Sundays: £16.85 per hour
