We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Bromley, supporting one of our clients with complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Bromley, London   Pay: Monday to Friday £12.21, Saturday& Sunday £12.85, Nights £13.39  Shifts: Days 8am-8pm, Nights 8pm-8am

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Cough Assist

    • Tracheostomy

    • Ventilation 

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
