Complex Care Assistant  Location: Bradford   Pay: Days £12.21, Nights £12.24  Shifts: Saturday Day 11am-5pm, 3xnights per week 9.55pm-6.55am, plus Bank Position Available

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Enteral feeding

  • Non Invasive Ventilation         

  • Oral Suctioning

  • Cough Assist

  • Nebulizer

  • Chest Physio

  • Medication Administration

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential skills in enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, oral suctioning, cough assist, nebulizer, chest physio, and medication administration. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
