Job summary

This is a role for a compassionate and motivated individual with basic care experience who wants to build a rewarding career in complex care. The successful candidate will be supporting a young client with complex needs in their own home, including tasks such as medication administration, seizure management, epilepsy care, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and additional communication needs.

Main duties of the job

As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to a young client with complex needs. This will involve tasks such as medication administration, seizure management, epilepsy care, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and additional communication needs. Full specialist training will be provided to ensure you can confidently develop your skills and knowledge in this area. You will be supported by an experienced Care Coordinator and Nurse Manager, and will have access to the Sonderwell Carer App for rotas, updates, and resources. The role offers the opportunity to complete NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care.

Location: Skipton Shift Pattern: Friday & Sunday Nights | 21:00 – 09:00 Pay: £13.50 per hour Contract: Zero-hours
