Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team in West Norwood, supporting one of our clients with complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with the client. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential experience in areas such as learning disability, enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, and medication administration.

Complex Care Assistant  Location: West Norwood, London   Pay: £17.19  Shifts: Nights, Fridays 10pm-7am, plus two Mondays per month 10pm-7am

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Learning disability

    • Enteral feeding

    • Non Invasive Ventilation 

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
