Job summary

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for delivering personal care and mobility assistance, supporting with epilepsy and seizure management (including rescue medication), assisting with bowel management and medication administration, and promoting the client's comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the shift. The successful candidate will have previous experience in complex care, expertise in epilepsy and seizure management, medication administration and management, and experience managing challenging behaviours. A calm, professional, and emotionally intuitive approach is essential.

Complex Care Assistant – Eastbourne Location: Eastbourne Pay: £14.18 – £15.23 per hour

Shifts:

Position: Bank – Day & Night Shifts

  • 8:00am – 8:00pm & 8:00pm – 8:00am

  • Covering sickness and annual leave
